WARRANTY

AT SOUTHWEST TEL-SUPPLY, ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE COVERED BY OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING WARRANTY.

Effective July 1, 2001, Southwest Tel-Supply will warrant products sold to end users against defects in quality and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase (the original purchase date is the shipping date of the product or unit).  Southwest Tel-Supply shall, at no charge and at its option, promptly repair or replace a defective unit.  Southwest Tel-Supply must issue an RMA prior to return shipment.

If the unit is beyond repair or is not reasonably available, a credit will be issued.

If the warranty sticker is removed, the warranty is null and void.

EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not include damage to the unit or product resulting from "Act of God", alteration, accident, abuse or improper installation.
